This session introduces six ideas from science that are changing the way leadership teams transform their organizations.

This session describes how changes in business theory are altering the ways executives introduce innovation, improve processes, introduce new technologies, help their organization become more agile, and increase performance.


PS103 – 2 hrs

Change on Demand: The science of turbo charging change in millennium corporations

Expanding on the book Change on Demand, this session describes the current state of the organization change industry, and shares five secrets used by successful change agents to turbo-charge change initiatives. Attendees learn why organizations resist change and walk away with valuable tips on how to overcome resistance.


PS104 – 3 hrs

Change Leadership Style Alignment

Attendees take the CLSI assessment to learn their personal change leadership style and learn how to better align their leadership style to their company’s culture. This information is useful in optimizing speed and delivery of change in strategic initiatives.

This session walks a change team through the process of identifying measurable business and culture objectives in a current change initiative and zeroing in on culture barriers that might delay a project. This is an executive bootcamp to introduce executives, sponsors and managers of change initiatives to the scope of their change initiative and their role in program success.

Business Performance Criteria for Work Place Competency

This session walks a change team through the creation of a site specific business performance model and the definition of high-level requirements.

Measuring and Tracking Program Performance

This session walks a change team through the creation, implementation and management of a PMO for Change DeliveryŽ initiatives.


BW008 – 3-5 days ( 24 - 40 hrs.)

Communicating to Culture Keepers

This session walks a change team through the creation of a Change DeliveryŽ communication plan that identifies and “works” the corporate shadow network of culture keepers, gatekeepers, and translators. The resulting communication plan increases the success of change initiatives and the implementation of new technologies.

Turbo-Charging Traditional Transformation Methods

This session shows change teams how to link Change DeliveryŽ to ADKAR, Ideal, BPI, ChR or other traditional transformation/change management methods

Measuring Workplace Performance against your Business Performance Model

This session walks a change team through the process of assessing and managing work place competency against an industry standard business performance model. Choose from ITIL, ITSM, CMMI, ISO, Six-Sigma, Baldrige Criteria, BPI, etc..

Sustaining Business Value After Project Completion

This session walks a change team through the creation and institutionalization of an “Organization Owner’s Manual for Corporate Executives”. This manual is used to increase sustainment of change.

Psychology of Executive Training in Change Resistant Corporations

This session prepares lead change agents to train executives and workgroups on organization change. Emphasis is on techniques for empowering executives of change resistant corporations.

Psychology of Team Facilitator in a hostile culture

This session prepares lead change agents to facilitate organization change. The focus is on techniques for facilitating change in change-adverse or change-hostile cultures.
